Integrative, relational, and led by you.
My therapy approach is integrative. I can support you with what’s happening in your life right now, explore how the past may still be shaping your present, and help you to move forward in a way that feels meaningful to you. My work is relational and trauma-informed, and I bring gentle curiosity and compassion to everything we explore together.
Before moving into private practice, I worked in the NHS and the charity mental health sector, where I supported people experiencing anxiety, depression, and stress.
Some specific areas of difficulty that clients come to me with include:
● Anxiety or persistent worry that feels hard to switch off
● Life transitions that feel unsettling or disorienting
● Relationship and family difficulties
● Grief and loss – including losses that others may not fully understand
● Coming to terms with the past
● Questions around identity, including gender and sexuality
● Neurodivergence (including those who are self-identified or who have come to this understanding later in life).
● Burnout and exhaustion
This is not an exhaustive list — if you are unsure whether I can help you with what you’re carrying, please do get in touch.

A Collaborative Approach
Our work together will be guided by what feels right for you – moving at a pace you’re comfortable with, and exploring only what you feel ready to bring. I’m here – with compassion and care – for whatever you choose to bring.

An Inclusive Space
I warmly welcome people of all sexualities and genders. My approach has been shaped by lived experience and training with Stonewall, Gendered Intelligence and Mindout. I am experienced in supporting people who identify as LGBTQ+, or who are exploring this aspect of their identity.

Wherever You’re At
I am also attentive to the lived experiences of people who identify as neurodivergent, or who are in the process of exploring this aspect of their identity. Whether you have a clear sense of who you are or are finding your way, you are welcome here.
